Very good staff and rooms - they offered a fine experience. That was hip new hotel set in pretty comfortable area, next to the Arena, shopping center. The restaurant had hot food, loved it.

The hotel is very close to the exhibition centre, making it convenient for events and eliminating any rushing or stress in the morning. The location is also very close to the arena and Resorts World arena, making it ideal for those attending shows or concerts. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and even greeted us with a cocktail upon arrival. The hotel had a unique and stylish interior, finished to a high standard, creating a beautiful atmosphere.

Here I spent 1 night and I thoroughly enjoyed being in this place. I had a really lovely experience here, everything was perfect, the location was fab just off Birmingham from London for a concert as well as Airport.
Even though the breakfast itself was hot, it certainly could have been was n't included in the price.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, which was conveniently located close to just about everything. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean bathroom and a good shower. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. The breakfast had a decent choice and larger plates for the hot buffet. The view of the lake added a nice touch to our stay. the bar was well stocked and open 24/7.
The lack of drawers to store our clothes was a minor inconvenience.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been more convenient, with everything we needed just a stone's throw away. The train station, airport, and other transportation options were easily accessible. Plus, the nearby arena and Resort World provided excellent entertainment options. The hotel itself was modern and clean, with fair-sized rooms that comfortably accommodated the two of us. We were impressed by the range of facilities available, including ironing rooms, kettles, and hairdryers in our room. The staff were simply outstanding - attentive, helpful, and kind.
